To create a concept that highlights investor's needs and wants,
To designate design criteria of the concept so as to proceed with the design process,

To determine the most suitable technical specifications, procedures, special terms and policies to ensure that defined deadlines help to preserve quality at highest standards,

To determine manufacturing that needs correction or completion as a result of quality control process, and to proceed with provisional acceptance,
To revise manufacturing including those determined after provisional acceptance; to perform final acceptance upon delivery of the work(s).
