To list all legal permits that must be obtained for the investment, to determine and follow up with stages of application, to obtain permits in the shortest possible time,
To make applications in order to benefit from state opportunities such as certificate of incentive,
To draw preliminary designs architecturally, mechanically and electrically in line with the design criteria,
To draw static architectural, mechanical and electrical application projects for preliminary designs that are in progress and for which necessary modifications and corrections are made,
To contact the investor in order to determine methods of purchasing in line with the work schedule (in cash, with cheques, maturity, leasing, on credit etc.),
To prepare tender documents including manufacturing, quantities, unit price tariffs, technical specifications, administrative specifications, bidding specifications, letter of tender at the beginning of the tender process,
To create a tender plan in the light of purchasing plan,
To make a market research, to designate eligible candidate companies to take part in the project considering investor's specific requests and also in line with the experience,
To send a tender file to eligible candidate companies designated as specified above, and to collect bids, to award the contract with the eligible company that meets price, time, quality, labour force, machinery and equipment requirements after negotiations,
To execute and sign contract with the eligible contractor/subcontractor in line with the laws and regulations considering the conflicts and guarantees during the construction process in addition to the content of the tender document prepared,
To search partnership potentials in order to benefit from funds of knowledge and brands of pioneering companies at home and abroad.
