  • To determine and recruit technical personnel that satisfy knowledge and experience requirements to ensure that the project attains targets and achievements,
  • To create an organisational chart in coordination with the technical personnel so that they fulfil their tasks in coherence and with the awareness of superior-subordinate relationship,
  • To prepare instructions, procedures, records, correspondence, reports, schedules, checks and minutes that will be in use throughout the construction,
  • To set needs and requirements depending on the terms and conditions so that personnel work more effectively,
  • To plan the construction site considering and in line with the contractors' criteria for manufacturing, manufacturing control, transportation, and use,
  • To set tasks, duties and powers of each personnel,
  • To commission all machinery and technological tools, to make performance control, and to prepare user and maintenance guides,
  • To make sure the system, equipment and operations personnel are ready for emergency and natural disaster (i.e. fire, earthquake, flood etc.) scenarios.
